When I got my first job, I was so excited to just be there. But whether or not I thought about it at that time, my employer and I had entered into a partnership.
When we are in a partnership, whether business or relationship, there is give and take. We look at what you can provide to me and what I can provide to you in order to make this an equal exchange. Everyone needs each other on the same level.
